At James Club, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for customers worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and international handling standards.

1. Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer free international shipping on all orders over $50 (or the equivalent in any other currency). Orders under $50 will include a small shipping fee that will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

In Europe and the UK, some products are also shipped from our logistics center in Germany, using UPS or DHL for faster and more efficient delivery.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 5 to 7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7 to 10 business days
  • Mexico: 7 to 10 business days
  • Brazil: 10 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs inspections, local carrier schedules, or national holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. Tracking details are usually available within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

James Club works exclusively with trusted international logistics partners and premium regional carriers to ensure reliability and efficiency from dispatch to delivery.

If you have not received a tracking email after the estimated processing time, please contact us at contact@jamesclubco.com.

4. Delivery Problems & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the shipping company using your tracking number to confirm delivery.
  • Check with neighbors, the building's reception, or the package drop-off box.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
  • File a complaint with the shipping company if the package cannot be located.

To request assistance from James Club, please provide:

  • A copy of the official complaint filed with the shipping company.
  • A signed statement confirming non-receipt.
  • The Non-Delivery Complaint Form.

Once we receive these documents, we will assess your case and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the price shown at checkout. Your order will be delivered without any additional payments upon arrival.

Exception – Brazil: In certain cases, Brazilian customs authorities may request additional payments or documentation. If this occurs, please notify us immediately and share the details provided by customs so that our team can help resolve the issue.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. James Club is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of resending.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time:

  • Please check the tracking status provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Please contact the carrier directly for the latest update.
  • If tracking shows no progress after 10 business days, please contact our team at contact@jamesclubco.com.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to locate your package and provide a suitable solution.

8. Shipping & Handling Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, a second email will be sent containing the tracking link.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. Our logistics team carefully inspects each package before shipping to ensure all items are dispatched in perfect condition.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jamesclubco.com. Include photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number.

Our team will promptly review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution, if applicable. We take quality control very seriously and strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

10. Pre-order and Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together as soon as all items are available, unless otherwise indicated.

If you would like to receive the items in stock more quickly, please contact our support team to arrange a separate shipment.

11. Delays during Holidays and Peak Seasons

During periods of high demand, such as holiday promotions or global events (Black Friday, Christmas, 11.11), order processing and transit times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, while our team works diligently to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
