This website is operated by James Club. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to James Club.

We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or its content without prior notice.

2. Account & Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all purchases and account records. James Club is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or placed by unauthorized resellers. For orders identified as high-risk, we may request additional verification (such as a photo of your ID and the payment card used, showing only the last four digits). Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.

3. Secure Payment Processing

All payments made through our website are securely processed using certified payment gateways. James Club does not store or have access to your complete credit card information. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology to ensure the security of your personal and payment data.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging, protective films, accessories, and manuals.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as James Club is not responsible for items lost in transit for returns.

During the holiday season, the return period is extended.

Orders placed between November 15th and January 10th can be returned until January 15th of the following year, or 14 days after receipt, whichever is later.

Special and limited editions, personalized watches, or items purchased under promotional conditions may not be eligible for return.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes on PayPal without prior communication may delay the refund process. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent exclusion from future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and deliver all orders promptly. James Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or external logistical disruptions.

After the order is shipped, tracking and receiving the package is the customer's responsibility. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. James Club reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

In case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Product Warranty & Liability

All watches have a 3-Year International Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, or unauthorized modifications.

James Club does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances will James Club, its affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor and prevent fraudulent behavior, including chargeback abuse, fake disputes, or exploitation of our return policy. If fraudulent activity is detected, James Club reserves the right to:

• Cancel current and future orders.
• Block accounts and associated payment methods.
• Report the incident to the appropriate authorities and payment processors.
• Take legal action when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property
